Its a nice classy looking folio case. The corners of your ipad are exposed and have zero protection. This case doesn't offer any significant impact protection, it offers more of a wear and tear/daily abuse protection.
The inside pockets are a nice touch, however they are not practical. Anything you place in there will rub directly on the iPad screen when the cover is closed.
The cover works nicely on a airplane, allowing you to hang the iPad from the seatback pocket in front of you, perfect for movie watching.
For the price its a very nice case and should function well.
4 stars because of the poor corner protection and the non-practical pockets. I feel bad giving it less than 4 stars because it was priced so low (single digit price). It doesn't feel right to pay so little and then nit-pick.

How can you beat a case that incorporates a stand for your iPad for under $10? You can't. Period. I've had it for about a month and so far it shows no sign of wear and tear. The stitching isn't fraying and it holds the iPad in place very well. I don't worry about my iPad dropping out if I turn the case the wrong way. The point is, this is a great deal and great deals are not easy to come by. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
